Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- We do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
- Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or promotional items
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
